Customer service has gone down hill. One person tells me car has recall notice something for transmission. I call back to make appointment and lady tells me there is no recall on my vehic One person tells me car has recall notice something for transmission. I call back to make appointment and lady tells me there is no recall on my vehicle. Then I get notice in the mail of the recall. Took vehicle in for recall. Efrain leaves without making Uber arrangements to have me picked up when he said he would make them. Said left me a message I had another person say they left me a message there was no message on my phone they made arrangements for the Uber to pick me up. Efrain calls me when almost to dealership saying he clocked out and forgot about me. Why when I have vehicle serviced no one mentions my air filters needing changed or it is not done with the service?? More

Both of those previous experiences were long, convoluted, and nerve-wracking. When it came time to replace one of our cars, we wanted to find a new, hopefully better, experience. We found a car online at Hamer with specs we wanted and a price that couldn't be beat. I called the dealership immediately to make sure it was still available. By luck of the draw, Steve picked up the phone and we agreed to meet the next day to see the car. Because we had an early afternoon appointment that day, he even agreed to meet us earlier than his normal start time. I had a good feeling about him from the get go. We arrived a little early, but he was already on the lot getting the car ready for a test drive. Steve's personality is polar opposite of most every other salesperson I've ever dealt with. Super relaxed, zero-pressure. Makes you feel like you've known him for years, and makes buying a car feel easy. His biggest concern from minute-one was making sure we were happy with the car and that it was everything we hoped it would be from the online listing. And true to his word, he had us rolling off the lot in record time, just a couple hours later. Our Prius lease is up at the end of this year, and we will, without a doubt, be back to see Steve. More
