Buying a brand new Mercedes Benz was one of mine and my wives bucket list items. Frank was highly recommended by a friend who has bought several Mercedes from him. Then, we had the pleasure of meeting the concierge who helped us setup the Mercedes app, sync it to the car and gave us a full overview on the car's technology.
