I was out of town in Denver and I reached out to Frank to find out about getting a key mailed out to me cause I lost my key. Frank notified me that I couldn’t get a replacement key. But Frank drove 30 minutes out of his way to my house to get my spare key. He then drove to meet my girlfriend to get the key to her so she can bring it to me in Tampa when my flight landed. Frank went way over above and beyond what I expected from him. He is a class Act and I would never purchase another vehicle without Frank. I’ve been buying vehicles from Frank for the past 10 years and he never ceases to amaze me with his Customer Service and now I can call him a friend.
