Frank's professionalism, personal care, and attention to detail made this the best car purchase we have had to date. From the first test ride with Frank in our new 2026 GLE 350 4matic, working out the numbers and going through financing the whole experience was easy and stress free. Then, we had the pleasure of meeting the concierge who helped us setup the Mercedes app, sync it to the car and gave us a full overview on the car's technology. Frank called us that afternoon to see how we liked the car and asked us call him with any questions we had. He also called the next day as we were driving home to check how we were doing and said to write down any questions we have, and not to hesitate to call him. It is refreshing to deal with a salesman like Frank who didn't forget about us after we drove off the lot.
