Frank is one of the main reasons I bought the car there. He’s one of the honest straight shooters that’s why I buy all my cars from him. I recommended his services to many of my friends and finally my kids He’s one of the honest straight shooters that’s why I buy all my cars from him. I recommended his services to many of my friends and finally my kids who buy Aldi’s all the time bought a car from Frank and they loved Frank the way he serviced them also. With that being said, we had some issues with the car I ordered, but Frank jumped in and got it straightened out with the help of the sales manager who did a great job and satisfied me. They had a ship a car in from Boston them straightened it out. The problem was Mercedes-Benz manufacture. I had ordered an all wheel drive and they shipped a rear wheel drive and had the label on the back of the vehicle that it was all-wheel-drive. This was no fault through the dealership. Also, Tory Has been serving all of my cars and it’s done a great job. That’s another reason I come here. I had issues in the past at the Naples, store will never go there again. Can never get a good price. Could never get good service course that was 10 years or more ago. More

It was sent out with the temporary tag. Six months later. I still do not have a title for the car, I still do not have a license plate. I still have not had the registration mailed to me five or six times temporary tags have expired so that when he was driving, he was worried about doing so illegally. I have had dozens of phone calls and several dozen text back-and-forth with Anthony, the sales manager and now someone even higher up. Unbelievably terrible THEY REPORTED TO CARFAX THAT THE CAR HAS 75000 MILES ON IT! I have offered to walk away if they refund my money and take the car back at this point I’m reluctantly getting a lawyer More
