I took delivery for two days before I had to fly home. My car followed a few days later. I never thought I would be able to afford such a luxurious vehicle. The minute I met Frank I felt like I had known him for years. He showed me that I could actually drive a Benz. I leased a gorgeous 2017 GLC 300 Coupe. It was delivered to my house in CT and Frank was on top of the delivery every minute. There is a reason he has earned those "dogs". I only wish this dealer and Frank were in CT so I could continue to see him when I go for service. I received top notch customer service from every person that I came into contact with at Bonita Springs Mercedes Benz. Thank you for such a great experience.
