Held the car when we were delayed getting down due to Hurricane Irma, and kept me posted on car security during the storm. Arrived, he gave me a tour of car, went for a test ride, and gave me exactly what he quoted over the phone! Fran was very professional, trust worthy and a pleasure to do business with.
