Two days later he drove the car to my home in Delray Beach, had me test drive it, set up the radio and other features and had me speak to someone about maintenance contracts. He spent an afternoon with me helping and explaining. At first I said no maintenance contracts, but at frank’s urging purchased the four year rim and tire plan. He was knowledgeable, patient, trustworthy and professional as well as being quite pleasant. I would never purchase a car from anyone else even though there is a Mercedes dealership 15 minutes from my home. I have told all my friends about him! He is simply the best! More
