I was very impressed with Frank, as he was very knowledgeable about all the safety features of these vehicles. My wife and I have purchased three new Mercedes over the last six years from Frank. He took me on a trial run and thoroughly explained each and every safety feature. Needle needless to say I was very impressed. With the new 2023 GLB 250 model I came down to the dealership by myself, and fell in love with this vehicle. Obviously, I was not going to purchase a new car without my wife first seeing the color as well as getting opportunity to ride in it My wife loved the color and the sporty look of The vehicle Knowing how long it takes to negotiate. She did not want to spend hours waiting around in the dealership reception area. She left it to me to make the final decision. Frank made it easy for me to get the top dollar for my older vehicle.
