I met Frank through a mutual friend and he was absolutely great to work with! I met with him and picked out a car and ended up having to wait a couple weeks due to being out of town. Frank and his team work extremely efficiently. I was able to leave with my new car the same day I saw it for the first time! I was actually confused when Frank gave me the keys, as I am used to dealing with Massachusetts dealerships and the RMV. I couldn’t believe how quickly Frank and his team were able to get the deal done! Finally, before I left Frank’s team took the time to make sure I knew what all the features in the car were and assured I knew what everything was prior to leaving the lot.
