The Fort Myers dealer is closer but every time I look for a specific used Benz, Frank is the only one that can find it for me and at a better price than buying from a private person. I don't know how he does it. And I'm not the type of person to buy from the same place twice I go where I get the best deal. With Frank I don't even question it. He goes out of his way to drive a car to my job for me to take a look at it because he knew that I would like it and I bought it on the spot. When it came time trading it in for another I didn't try to make money selling it privately I just give it to him when he found my new car and it saved me a ton of money and stress. And when the car needed service and I didn't have time to bring it down there he drove all the way to my house with a loaner car and took care of it for me. He is a Class Act and a gentleman that will go above and beyond for you not only today but forever. He is like the family member in the car business that you never had. More

I picked out the one I wanted and Frank was in contact with me many times each week giving me updates on the vehicle. Once it arrived at the dealership he called me and I was in there the same day buying my new car. I specifically made sure I worked with Frank because he makes the whole process fun. I highly recommend him to anyone planning on buying a new Mercedes. Also want to give a huge shout out to Torrey Tammaro in the service department. He has been my service advisor for like 5 years and is just as awesome as Frank. Goes above and beyond every time! More
