I had a few small scratches in my car. Called Frank to see who I should contact. He had me come in and set me up with Brandon who looked at my car and said no problem. I've been a customer here since they opened. Both the sales and service departments are simply stellar. This is a place that makes you feel like family, staffed by people who love Mercedes and want to sh sales and service departments are simply stellar. This is a place that makes you feel like family, staffed by people who love Mercedes and want to share their passion for an exceptional product with an equally exceptional purchase or service experience. I worked with Frank Deluca to trade my leased C300 Coupe for a new GLA. Frank listened to my needs, which were a little tricky, said, "Let me see what I can do," and got it done. Quickly! Thanks also to Armando in finance, who is such a patient gentleman, I was in and out of the dealership in less than two hours! My family and I love the GLA. We needed something with a better backseat, but I wanted something that was as fun to drive as the C300C. The GLA delivers comfortable fun in spades. PRO TIP: DO NOT ignore the mini-museum in the lounge. It is a fantastic journey through the history of Daimler-Benz and a must-see for any Mercedes fanatics like myself. More
