Frank helped me with a difficult situation. I had leased my beautiful M-B from him, but my vision worsened to a point where I could no longer drive. I had a long time left on my lease and had not been able my beautiful M-B from him, but my vision worsened to a point where I could no longer drive. This was my second purchase at this dealership. I called and spoke with Frank DeLuca looking for a specific color G Wagon that my wife wanted for her birthday. Frank took the time to look at the dealer inventory for recent trade-ins and found the truck I was looking for with only 12,000 miles on it! Frank also handled all the paperwork and financing over the phone. Even handled my trade-in over the phone. All I needed to do was go pick up the vehicle and leave my trade-in and took less than 15 mins to sign everything and I was back on my way. I will be working with Frank from now on for all my vehicle needs going forward. He gave me a fair price on a rare car with almost no miles on it and most importantly.... he didn't waste my time.
