Perfection This is the 7th car i've purchased from Frank De Lucas in the past 2 months and as always I was treated perfect … This particular car was not certifie This is the 7th car i've purchased from Frank De Lucas in the past 2 months and as always I was treated perfect … This particular car was not certified and I choose to buy a extended warranty , long story short the brakes felt soft so to speak I called frank and he said bring it in the next day at 7:30 by 10 am I was done.It was a simple adjustment but the tech took a very close look and found a little bit of wear he didn't like on the one rotors so to my surprise they put all new rotors and brake pads on … I asked why they just didn't fix what was just the one and there answer to me was we value our customers lives more then money and they wanted to insure the entire brake system was NEW . Very impressive to say the least.. The warranty would have covered the one but they took it upon themselves to do all at there expense.. The tech that worked on my car was fantastic.Thank You guys .. This dealership goes over and beyond like no other... TY Again .. KR More
