Frank DeLuca came through Saturday night at 6:00 A friend drove our almost two year old Mercedes SUV to pick us up at the airport late on a Saturday afternoon. She told us the car overheated and was unsafe to drive. I called our salesman, Frank DuLuca, who took control of the situation by arranging a tow truck to bring the car to the dealership and had a loaner ready when we arrived. He said he would wait if necessary to make sure we were taken care of. Definitely a 5 star service that is very much appreciated. More
