Wonderful experience Several months ago I bought my mercedes from Frank Deluca , and not that he is a great sales person who went above and beyond to help me get exactly Several months ago I bought my mercedes from Frank Deluca , and not that he is a great sales person who went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted,and I am so thankful for that, but he also helped me alot when i was involved in an accident not to long ago. I emailed him about my accident with some questions and even tho he is in sales and not colision he responded and was there to take care of me and answer any question I might have. Frank was there for me every step of the way! Him and Torrey Tammaro, my amazing service advisor, even contacted colision service for me for any updates ...Frank followed up with me via phone calls emails and text massages regularly ...the day i finally got my car back I went in to personaly thank him for everything and tell him how much I appreciate everything he had done, he amazed me once again!! I had my 14year old son with me who just wanted to see some cars and ask questions about it. Frank took his time and got into conversation with him to answer any question and tell him alot more about many cars. My son was beyond trilled! (Can’t even explain, can’t find words good enough for this experience) As we were leaving my son said to me “mom he is amazing I feel like he is a family” Thank you Frank Deluca and Torrey Tammaro for all you do !
