Very exceptional car buying experience at Suburban Ford. Paige DeFour spent quite a bit of time with us ensuring we ended up with our vehicle of choice at the very best price. After taking delivery we had an issue with the vehicle that brought us back in. Tom MacPherson took the phrase "Customer Service" to a whole new level. He accompanied us to the appropriate department and technicians to solve the problem. Left no stone unturned. Very professional, personable and competent Sales Manager!
