Alberto the service person who handled our repair was rude and nasty. The car had a scratch when returned down the side (we luckily were able to buff it out). The entire passenger dash was hanging as the rude and nasty. The car had a scratch when returned down the side (we luckily were able to buff it out). The entire passenger dash was hanging as they forgot to put clips back and we found spare parts in the floor of passenger side. Upon checking the engine compartment, more spare parts were found. That’s very concerning. More

Do not buy a car here, do not get your car serviced here. I had an issue with me radio In in my lease and they told me that there was nothing they could do. After talking to Jeep cares, they told me that the I had an issue with me radio In in my lease and they told me that there was nothing they could do. After talking to Jeep cares, they told me that there was in fact an update for my radio that would fix the issue. After calling this dealership back and questioning them, they Ignored me and wouldn't even return my calls. I called Jeep of Milford and gave them my VIN and information and within an hour they told me that there WAS an update for my radio. These people clearly have no idea what they are doing, and they refuse to listen to the customer and made me feel like I was crazy and allowed me to drive a car that was unsafe because they Insisted they were right. More
