Everyone was warm and friendly, and I didn’t feel intimidated at all going in there. Frank, my salesman was efficient and made sure all my questions were answered. He followed-up with me in a timely manner and always let me know he was there with any questions during the purchase experience, but also post purchase Marcus and Enrique went above and beyond working with VW credit and I’m truly thankful for how they were able to work their magic. The process took about a week, but it felt like a day with how great they were with their communication and follow-ups. Finally Alex made signing the contracts easy breezy beautiful contracts signed and I was in and out in 30.
