He did his best to answer all of my questions, looked into additional details when needed, and communicated with his manager to make sure I received accurate information. The main salesperson handling my purchase that day was Gilbert Ansah. Although Gilbert was a bit busy that day (and had Josiah assist me), I never felt neglected. He handled everything very efficiently, answered questions clearly and directly, and acted professionally throughout the entire process. When I brought up certain conditions and requests regarding the purchase, Gilbert responded honestly and straightforwardly, which made the negotiation stress-free. One small example: before the test drive—even before we started discussing pricing—Gilbert proactively explained which parts and features were not included with the vehicle at that price, and he immediately brought out other cars to compare and clarify. Everyone was warm and friendly, and I didn’t feel intimidated at all going in there. Frank, my salesman was efficient and made sure all my questions were answered. He followed-up with me in a timely manner and always let me know he was there with any questions during the purchase experience, but also post purchase Marcus and Enrique went above and beyond working with VW credit and I’m truly thankful for how they were able to work their magic. The process took about a week, but it felt like a day with how great they were with their communication and follow-ups. Finally Alex made signing the contracts easy breezy beautiful contracts signed and I was in and out in 30. Highly recommend if you’re looking into a VW, which also highly recommend, head to City VW of Evanston. More

We quickly took the vehicle on a drive. He explained to me all the features and also the car history. Ricky was not your typical car salesman. He did not pressure me into making a decision. I told him I would think about the car over lunch. After examining my options, I did return to City VW for the car but also for the great customer service Ricky provided. Once we reached a deal, he was very attentive through the whole process. He directed me to the right people for each step. Made me feel at home and comfortable with my decision. I have bought 3 other cars and this was by far the quickest process. I believe I was out of the door with the final paperwork within 2/3 hrs.
