The service advisor was upfront & honest. He was pleasant to work with & he did what he said he would do. The mechanic who performed the service did not try to upsell additional services. As per usual, the genuine FoMoCo parts were marked up three times higher than what they can be purchased for almost anywhere else, except at a dealership. The “by the book” labor charges were the standard “nickel & dime” you to death with the 10ths of hours adding up to an unreasonable total. Would I go back to have additional service performed? Yes, if I was caught in another no choice situation like this time. For what I was charged, I thought they could have at least washed the truck. More
