The service was great ... The managers and the service people were awesome... The receptionist who rang me up though was extremely rude... I spent all day patiently waiting with my mother for the car to b people were awesome... The receptionist who rang me up though was extremely rude... I spent all day patiently waiting with my mother for the car to be finished, even applied and got approved for a credit card thru Ford to pay for the service over a 6 month span. When it came time to pay the receptionist tried to argue with me that I needed to pay the entire fee upfront... Why would I lie about setting up the credit, and why would I need to be talked to as if I was lying? I have PTSD and the receptionist was so bad I had a mental breakdown... Maybe get someone a bit more gentle and personal for that position.. this review would have been 5 stars had there a been a more patient person handling my bill at the end. More
