When I took them up on their offer and went there one morning for an oil change , I stayed f Ford of Port Richey keeps sending coupons for oil change. When I took them up on their offer and went there one morning for an oil change , I stayed for about one hour and a half, (I Swear I did) then the service man cane in and opologized for the delay and told me that they were short handed and to if I didn’t want to wait I should make another appointment. So, I did. And when I came back I waited for four and a half hours. They didn’t even have the decency to come around and inform me of what was happening. And when no car was done after 4 1/2 hours later did didn’t tell me anything about the tires or anything else. I knew my tires were bad and I needed new tires, but they didn’t even bother... and what is sad .. I still get coupons from them for cheap oil change..... I went to the Friendly Kia just the other day for an oil change . I was in and out in about an hour and they rotated my tires and did all the inspections and gave me a free car wash.. so, where do you think I’m going for next oil change????? Ford of Port Richey???? Or Friendly Kia ????? More

Horrible Dropped my truck off for an oil change, tire rotation, and for recalls I was told would take hours to correct. They called me 2 hours after I dropped Dropped my truck off for an oil change, tire rotation, and for recalls I was told would take hours to correct. They called me 2 hours after I dropped my vehicle off to tell me it was ready, which did not seem like nearly enough time. My tires we’re not even checked, much less rotated. One tire was left so low that I had to stop on my way home to put air in it. I am not even confident my oil was actually changed since everything else that they signed off on as “completed” was never actually touched. I called to ask if there was a mistake and to give them the opportunity to correct the issues, but it has been 3 days and no one has called me back. I paid for an oil change that was probably never completed and they cannot even call me back to let me know if my vehicle was actually checked for safety concerns. More
