We spent about 2 weeks looking all over central Indiana, Ohio, Illinois for a great deal on a new 2019 Sahara with all the options we wanted (i.e. - Cold weather package, leather seats, navigation were the deal breakers) So started searching thru every Jeep dealer and when I got to Thomas Dodge, Jeep Chrysler, I found they had SEVERAL that matched our criteria. AND most came with the dual top (hard and soft) so for us.....icing on the cake. I reached out and received an email from Robert Heady. We decided to make the 3 hr drive on Saturday morning. I sent Robert an email, we were headed his way and he had our #1 Wrangler choice right up front. Then it happened. My husband started looking at 2020 Gladiators. They had one with everything he wanted. We did a little back/forth regarding pricing. Sales Manager Frank joined in and we made the deal. From the time we pulled into the dealer until we left was approx. 3 hrs. Not bad when you include a few test drives, paperwork, negotiations, new car prep, etc! I would make that drive again to work with this dealership! More

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation on 11/5/19. This was my second visit to the service department to keep my 17 Jeep GC SRT in compliance with the lifetime warranty I purchased with the vehicle. When I received my Jeep back I noticed the rims were scuffed up where the lug nuts go, showing the metal finish behind the paint on my factory rims. Also one of my brembo brake calipers was smacked rubbing off some if the clear coat protective layer on it. I brought this to the service writers attention and was told he would notify the service manager (who was not there at the time) of the incident. I have called and left several messages with Brian, and Frank the general manager trying to resolve this issue and have not heard from anyone.
