Disappointed "WONDER WHY????? After being a customer for over 21 years I was very disappointed that Parks Ford wouldn't work with me on a purchase of a new car. Lo "WONDER WHY????? After being a customer for over 21 years I was very disappointed that Parks Ford wouldn't work with me on a purchase of a new car. Looking at a Ford Fusion after being a return customer for many years they weren't able to meet my wants and needs. Not being an unreasonable customer after having bought more than 4 cars there I guess they didn't care for any more of my business. So I went down the road and not having to wheel and deal I now have a beautiful brand new "TOYOTA". Sorry "PARKS FORD" you have lost my business forever!! No more referrals either!! Toyota from now on...Wonder why people are turning away from American made cars, this is one of the reasons why!! More

Best Car buying experience ever! My sales experience at Park's Ford of Wesley Chapel was great! I had already spoken to my salesman, Will Bozeman on the phone about a car that I like My sales experience at Park's Ford of Wesley Chapel was great! I had already spoken to my salesman, Will Bozeman on the phone about a car that I liked, that he had suggested. When I arrived at the dealership my Escape was waiting out front ready for me to test drive it. I loved it from the start! Even though it had been leased prior to my ownership, it was pristine! I asked Will to show me some other cars just to say I looked at others, but I knew right away that I wanted the Escape. He showed me several others, but I decided on the Silver Escape. The paperwork process was quick and easy and within a very short period of time I was driving my Escape home to Plant City. Thank you for your wonderful sales team, especially Will Bozeman and Carlos Gonzalez. It was nice that even other salesmen, Frank Lacey and Terry Mullane came by Will's office and introduced themselves. That made me feel at ease. Overall a 5 star experience! More

I was once again helped by David Bonsey and Frank Lacey as they took care of my last purchase. They were great once again and I came away with the price I wanted and I'm very happy overall. I had a great experience with their finance team also, I can't remember his name but he was very personable and outgoing and made the worst part of buying a new vehicle a breeze. I noticed a few hours after leaving the dealership that I had a screw in one of my tires and I was annoyed and upset as you can imagine but I spoke to Frank and David and they had me there the next day fitting a new tire at no cost to me. 100% customer service at Parks which is why myself and my family do business there. I will be back for sure with any vehicle needs. Thank you Parks, David and Frank. More
