Easy buying a Certified Pre-Owned Fusion I got a certified pre-owned Ford Fusion from the kind folks of Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel. I was referenced to their dealerships by one of the family I got a certified pre-owned Ford Fusion from the kind folks of Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel. I was referenced to their dealerships by one of the family owners of Parks Auto Group and living in Miami, was surprised by how smooth everything went. Shane and Frank were who I dealt with principally and were very professional and NOT PUSHY! The car was shipped down from Wesley Chapel in a matter of hours (although I wish for slightly cheaper) and was in the exact condition as seen depicted in the photos. More

NOT THIS DEALERSHIP! After four visits to PARK we signed an agreement to purchase a pre owned vehicle. We were told we had to take delivery that night so asked to speak with the finance department. We were told he would be "tied up for quite a while" and directed to go home and apply on line which we did. Pick up for the vehicle was arranged, confirmed by Frank Lacey and on the morning of the pick up an e mail confirming everything was received. Five minutes later we got a phone call stating the car had been sold! Later that day we were offered an older vehicle for more money. I wonder what happened here? A bait and switch? We were told to take our business elsewhere because of OUR bad behavior. Again, we had a SIGNED AGREEMENT and only did what we were instructed to do. This is the second questionable dealing with PARK this year. Please know our salesman was Jesus Vander-henst was wonderful, it is the management that has the problem. However, we feel we would not have been talked to or treated like we were had my husband been with us. More

Once we had decided on are choice of a Edge, Frank and him worked with us to make sure that we let your dealership happy, with the great car and great deal that we had just purchased. Car buying is not my wife's favorite thing to do, but Robert and Frank even kept her happy!!!!! Lastly Chris Ferris, made the money side go very quickly and he made sure that we know, what we were signing. More

Taking Ownership the RIGHT way I purchased a Fiat from the Parks Brand about 10 months ago, and unfortunately have been very unhappy on several levels (I'll spare the details). Eve I purchased a Fiat from the Parks Brand about 10 months ago, and unfortunately have been very unhappy on several levels (I'll spare the details). Eventually, I had enough! I reached out to Parks Ford (their sister dealership) and told my story and asked for help. I let them know that I understand they do not 'owe' me any favors, as this is a Fiat problem, but that I wanted to see if they could help. Immediately, Frank Lacey, the Sales Manager, took full ownership and responsibility for my 'PARKS' experience. Frank connected me with Ray, my new salesman, and together we worked out the most amazing deal! I can assure you, in my 20+ years of purchasing cars, I have never walked out of a dealership feeling so confident about my purchase, and pleased with my experience. To put a cherry on top, I love their Service Department, I had used them for several Fiat issues in the recent months, and Will Smith always had a smile on his face, and the true desire to listen to the issues and help me get everything resolved. Even if I do have to take my BRAND NEW FORD into the shop for Service, I know they are going to take care of me, and my car! Thank you, Parks Ford for making me feel valuable and appreciated! Oh yeah, I even sent my best friend to Parks Ford this weekend, and, well, she LOVES her new Ford too! More

Satisfied!! With much hesitation and doubt entering a dealership, I was reassured immediately from Sales Consultant, Rich Jodway and Sales Manager, Frank Lacey. With much hesitation and doubt entering a dealership, I was reassured immediately from Sales Consultant, Rich Jodway and Sales Manager, Frank Lacey. I not only traded in my Ford vehicle and bought a new Ford vehicle, but met again with Frank, a long time friend of my father and met new acquaintances. Along with Carlos Gonzalez, everyone was very helpful in my understanding and working through all avenues involved with such an important purchase. I am entirely grateful for all the time and extra effort Rich offered me. As a single woman faced with such decisions and preparing myself as much as I could, Rich made it easier. I know I will enjoy my new car and I won't hesitate to contact Rich, Frank, or Carlos if I have any questions at all. Bad timing I found a truck that sounded interesting to me online and called Parks Ford to arrange to see it. It was almost a two hour drive from my home but it I found a truck that sounded interesting to me online and called Parks Ford to arrange to see it. It was almost a two hour drive from my home but it seemed worth it. Unfortunately it was pouring rain when we arrived so a close inspection of the vehicle was impossible. Ricky was very personable and tried to be helpful but the paperwork seemed to take forever. We waited and waited and finally the finance person took us to his office. By the time we were through with finance it was late, we were exhausted and still faced a two hour drive home so we didn't take the time to have the systems in the truck explained. I am in the process of perusing the owners manual now (VERY boring reading). All in all I am satisfied with the service I received from Parks and would recommend them to others... TIP: Don't buy a vehicle in the rain! More

AMAZING! We saw a truck at a great price from this dealership online and realized it's 2 hours away from home. We called and spoke with Duber Garzon explained our situation, and without hesitating or even bragging about his position he helped us as if we were his only customers. Once we arrived he set us up with Jesus a very kind sales rep. However as we are all humans there was a small mistake on the dealers end which could have ended up in great disappointment and NO truck! Duber had gone home, but Frank Lacey and Jesus worked very hard on fixing this error. In matter of minutes it was taken care of, and off we went to see Chris in finance. Very easy and smooth process! Needless to say we are ecstatic with our new-used truck and all the people involve! THANK YOU! More
