Salesmanship. This is the second car we have bought from Robert Vido. He is an exccllent salesman. We bought a new Fusion from him in May 2014. My wife and I decided that it was too big for us, We had a lot of problems in parking it. We came back and asked if we could trade it in for a new Ford Focus. Robert was his exceptional self. He assured us that we could trade. Robert explained every thing to us. And we made the deal. Robert is one of the best salesmen that we have had in a long time. Transmision problem. With the help of Will Smith we were able to resolve a problem with the transmission on our 2012 titanium focus. There was no problem in the first few months, Then the skipping ,the rattle started, After three visits and, only 21,500 miles had accumulated ,the problem seems to be resolved. Let's hope it is all set. More

Friendly & helpful sales force My wife & I visited to trade in our 2000 Honda Acord for a newer lower mileage vehicle. Dorian was very helpful and knowledgable and took a lot of tim My wife & I visited to trade in our 2000 Honda Acord for a newer lower mileage vehicle. Dorian was very helpful and knowledgable and took a lot of time to show us some of the cars available on the lot. He also showed us a new Ford Focus Demo that hat 5000 miles on it but had several discounts that made it only slightly more than the higher mileage used cars we had looked at. We worked with Dorian & Frank to get the best possible trade in and excellent discounts & financing to get a much better car than we had anticipated. They negotiated the deal without even seeing our Honda. Dorian & Frank stayed well past closing to help us reach a great deal. The finance manager also stayed late to guide us through all the paper work. Then Dorian came to pick up our trade in the next morning on his own time. He also took the time to expertly show us how to use the features on our new Ford. It turned out to be a great experience. More

Great small dealership, but too small in some catagories Very friendly staff. The salespeople seemed very knowledgeable about the vehicles. They were also very willing to negotiate trade in values to an extent. Everyone is very friendly. The only negative thing so far is the lack of an accessories department. They don't even have a brochure or even a price list of accessories to purchase for your Ford. All they could do was point me to a Ford website. I would rather buy the accessory somewhere else than have to go through that trouble. More
