I have never dealt with a dealership where the process is as smooth as it is with Parks. There was never any pressure to buy. Each of the 3 times I visited Parks Ford (to test drive and retest drive the cars), it was a hassle-free experience. 3. During negotiations, sales staff were not only easy to work with, but genuinely helpful in pointing out some subtleties of leasing my wife and I were not aware of previously. They negotiated what we think is a very fair price for the car. 4. There were a few minor issues about items that came on or with the car. Each instance was handled professionally and resolved to our satisfaction. Parks Ford even absorbed the cost when they could have legitimately passed it on to us. More
