My Focus had just been totalled and I wanted an Escape. As a result of the way Frank assisted me in 2007, I requested to deal with Frank and no one else this time. Again he made my experience in buying my new Escape a good one. He worked with me and gave me what I wanted. Frank is a gentleman and treats his clents with respect. When he was Service Manager at Parks Lincoln he was the only individual who I would let take care of my Grand Marquis (for 11 years)or my Mercury Mariner when I leased it. I don't believe you could find a better qualified Service Advisor in the Tampa Bay Area. If he goes away from Parks Ford, so do I! As an elder citizen it is imperative that I can take my vehicle to someone who I know will tell me the truth...even if I don't want to hear it. He is also responsible for introducing me to the best Certified Product Consultant I have ever encountered at a dealership. We stopped in to look at your new vehicles and were immediately met by a courteous employee who,while already occupied,placed us with another associate ,Frank,who spent considerable time with us and sh immediately met by a courteous employee who,while already occupied,placed us with another associate ,Frank,who spent considerable time with us and showed us several vehicles.Once we settled on a likely model he took us on a ride in the lot which extended to a tour of the area and resulted in a test drive for both of us.We had notified Frank that our sister-in-law was having medical problems and when we heard back from the family we told Frank we had to leave and with no further ado we said our goodbyes.We took the time to visit other dealerships and looked at the same models and returned to your dealership a few days later.Frank was with other clients and introduced us to George who was as equally proficient as Frank(They make a good team and represent your dealership quite well).We finished up with Geoprge and then dealt with Carlos in financing.The following day we went back to give Frank paperwork for the car we traded and he spent additional time answering questions and explaining features of our purchase.All in all we've been very pleased with your dealership so far and will not hesitate to refer friends to you should the occasion arise.
