Great customer service I didn't have a maintenance appointment. I came in because I had warning signals for my tires and my key battery. As soon as I drove up, a technician I didn't have a maintenance appointment. I came in because I had warning signals for my tires and my key battery. As soon as I drove up, a technician came to me. When I told him the problem, he pressed a button on my wheel, looked at the info and confirmed I had a flat tire. He immediately gave me to a customer service rep who set me up for service. He confirmed shortly after that I needed a new tire, gave me the price and said it would take @ 1 hr. Exactly 1 hr. later I had a new tire, my other tires had been checked and the battery in my key fob had been replaced. Can't ask for more than that - except, perhaps, a better quality tire to begin with. But I guess that's a manufacturer's issue. Everyone was very courteous. One suggestion: everyone who helped me should have a card to give me so I remember their names when it's time for a satisfaction survey. Unfortunately, I don't remember their names. More
