Crown Honda is the best. From the moment i was greeted on the forecourt when i dropped my CR-V off for maintenance and a service to Zachary Ruppert escorting me to my waiting vehicle i was treated with re on the forecourt when i dropped my CR-V off for maintenance and a service to Zachary Ruppert escorting me to my waiting vehicle i was treated with respect, friendliness and professionalism. The waiting room experience was a great plus as they had soothing "rain sounds " on TV rather than raucous female talk shows! Zachary explained the maintenance codes that had come up on my vehicle and spoke to me in "layman's terms' but with respect which is important to me. He had time to talk about his visit to my country England and he was even happy to apply the military discount after he had printed up all the papers :) Just as Ralph Carter will always be my "Go to" Salesman , Zachary i hope will be my "go to" advisor since i can trust them.
