We were buying a brand-new Honda Pilot EX-L for my wife, and as the saying goes, "Happy wife, happy life!" Frank made sure we accomplished both. From our very first conversation, he was upfront, transparent, and never played any games—something that's incredibly refreshing when shopping for a car. Before making the drive, I even spoke with General Sales Manager John Acosta, who personally assured me that the offer we received over the phone would be exactly what we'd see when we arrived. They kept their word 100%, and that level of integrity is hard to find these days. I also have to recognize Isabel Rojas in Finance. You always hear stories about having a great salesperson, only for the finance manager to ruin the experience with high-pressure sales tactics. That couldn't have been further from our experience. Isabel was professional, friendly, and never once made us feel pressured. She only discussed products that genuinely made sense and could benefit us as the customer. It was obvious she cared about helping us make informed decisions, not just selling extras. From the moment I requested information online, the communication was outstanding. They respected my preferred method of communication, answered every question promptly, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. This was, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience we've ever had. I'd give it a 15 out of 10. We're a Honda family, and making the drive from Orlando was absolutely worth it.
