I found the listing through USAA and called to verify the condition of the vehicle. I was forwarded to Frank who inspected the vehicle and described it in a manor that supported the 250 mile drive from Tall condition of the vehicle. Having dealt with several other dealerships before this one, I was very pleasantly surprised that the vehicle matched Frank's description and that the vehicle surpassed my expectations. It looked and drove as good as a new one and Frank had filled the tank and set it to the side because he thought I would be tired from the 500 mile round trip. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had....when the time comes to buy my daughter her first car, I will be calling Frank. More

Frank Lovett was so helpful. Her knew the features of the car and was able to answer all of my questions. He gave me a great deal, but did not pressure me into buying. I tend to keep a car for eight to the car and was able to answer all of my questions. He gave me a great deal, but did not pressure me into buying.
