Michael Tan caught me on the way in and provided the carfax report I asked for, helped with the test drive, and negotiated the best price with his manager. I appreciate that Mike wasn't pushy at all through the whole process and that Crown Honda makes it easy to see the bottom line price including trade in and everything else.
