Great Experience! I went to Crown Honda on Tuesday looking to trade-in my '98 Nissan Sentra. It wasn't in the best condition and I had no money to put down; yet my sale I went to Crown Honda on Tuesday looking to trade-in my '98 Nissan Sentra. It wasn't in the best condition and I had no money to put down; yet my salesperson, Frank Lovett, worked with me and my desired payment range for my budget. There was a bit of a delay in getting the paperwork completed due to inclement weather causing problems with the connectivity with the DMV; but Justin Callahan made sure I was aware and processed my paperwork quickly. Both Frank and Justin stayed after closing (8:30pm) to ensure I went home with my "new-to-me" 2013 Honda Civic. I love my car! More
