My experience at Ft Washington BMW was great! ! Rich Lanci took care of me, Melany Del Toro handled all of my paperwork perfectly and got me a really cool loaner car and Ben Ammar took care of my ! My car was just n for service on 1/19. It was picked up and delivered to me by Ben Amman. Ben was friendly, on time, called me from BMW to tell me he was on his way to me, and called aga It was picked up and delivered to me by Ben Amman. Ben couldn’t have been more helpful- I would trust Ben with my car any day. Ben provided me with excellent service. I will be delighted to see Ben again at my next service! More

Ben always has a positive attitude and provides stellar customer service. He helped me to identify the tow hitch for my 2022 M440ix that I enjoy so much! I’m learning new features and capabilities that BMW has built into the design and I’m learning how to use the parking tools and all the performance that the sport plus trans enables! I would like to say thank you to Ben Ammer, Rich Lancy, Franchesco, and Frank after not anticipating on having to go to bmw I hit a pot hole and needed a tire replacement. I was in a little bit of a rush a Franchesco, and Frank after not anticipating on having to go to bmw I hit a pot hole and needed a tire replacement. I was in a little bit of a rush and they were able to get me back on the road in under an hour. Extremely happy as obviously I didn’t have an appointment. Fast, efficient, and friendly are just some of the words to describe them. Highly recommend Bmw of Fort Washington. Keep it up! More
