I ordered a 2022 X3 with the Shadowline package. It was delivered without the black grill. I talked to Franco about it and not only did he order the correct grill for me but made my service appoin It was delivered without the black grill. I talked to Franco about it and not only did he order the correct grill for me but made my service appointment to have the correct one installed with a courtesy car and did not charge me for the installation. This is my 3rd BMW from West German. Great customer service. More
