Just to be clear, Frank, Lauren & Matt K are why I keep going back. Art, in service was probably the most unprofessional, disrespectful and rude person I’ve ever met in my life. He’s going to throw someone’s keys and paperwork across the counter on the wrong day, with the wrong person and it’ll end up bad. His attitude needs to be addressed.
