We found Frank Pagliauca very easy to work with he was honest and not fake. He tried to get us the best price and still work with us. I was out looking for a car with a preapproved capital one loan. The criteria that they put on made it very diifcult to find a vehicle. I told them what I had and was told tehy had a few cars that had recently come in on trade. I came back later and found that waht they had gotten in wouldnt fit either. I sat and talked to Frank a bit and he gained my trust so I let him run a credit app even though I thought due to my lasst couple of years of problems I would never get anything. Was I suprised when He got Gloria to come and finalize my info for a purchase. THis was Tuesday evening. Wednesday afternoon I was told to come pick up my new car.
