I was feeling very helpless in the car situation I was facing. My car was having every problem possible, I went to Toyota of Wallingford looking to trade my car in. I was thinking that I would be laughed facing. My car was having every problem possible, I went to Toyota of Wallingford looking to trade my car in. I was thinking that I would be laughed at and sent away, I figured I would give it a try anyway because I heard wonderful things from a fellow employee who had dealt with them in the past. My intentions were to shop around until I came across Frank and Stuart. They went way above and beyond my expectations. After driving my car they first explained what I would be dealing with if I had kept my current car. (It was not safe at all)they then offered me a more then fair trade. I was shown a few different options, I explained what I would be able to handle financially and they worked extra hard to make sure they could not only fit my needs financially, but fit those needs while getting me in the car that I had decided I wanted to go home with! We came to an agreement, that I was extremely happy with and Gloria was able to wrap all that up for me. She was very detailed and did not hesitate to answer any questions, She was even able to explain a few ways that I could save money depending on which payment schedule I was gona go with. I had never purchased a car on my own and was very nervous but upon talking with Frank, Stuart and Gloria I was compleyely at ease making the desiscion of purchasing my own car!! I would highly recommend going to Toyota of Wallingford to anyone!! Did i mention how much I love my car?? More

This is my first time doing business with Toyota of Wallingford. A recent customer purchased a Toyota from them and recommended I stop in and talk to them. My sales person was Frank Pagliuca who treated me like royalty. I never met Frank before but in a matter of seconds I felt very comfortable speaking with him. It was obvious after discussion of my new car needs that Frank was very knowledgeable about Toyota and the different models, styles, and performance of the vehicles. He gave me every opportunity to ask questions and guided me to my final car of choice. Frank was detailed about describing the attributes of the Camray that I test drove and ultimately purchased. The entire precess was very easy and not pressured. The Camray is a most exciting car to drive. Purchasing a car was once a dreadful experience in the past. My attitude has now completely changed for the better. What a wonderful experience doing business with Wallingford Toyota, the staff, Frank Pagliuca the salesman who walked my through the dealership, and finally, Mr. Sohail Butt who clearly explained the important details of the financial arrangement. Frank Pagliuca has been the best sales person I have had at this dealership. I have been coming here since 2005 and this is my 3rd Toyota I bought here but he truly made the experience stress free. He answered every question I had and never made me feel like he was in a rush to close a deal. Infact before I even picked up the new truck I was already telling a customer of mine about him as she was also in the market for a new Toyota I also can not say enough about Gloria Fernandez. She also made the purchasing of the vehicle very easy & again stress free. She explained everything to me & didn't try to pressure me into anything. I also loved her sense of humor. I have always found the service staff very friendly & helpful but been intimidated by the sales staff, however these two have made me no longer feel that way.
