CRV electrical fix I was having an error code on my CRV. I took it in to see what the problem was. Frank was able to tell me the problem and the code was reset and we I was having an error code on my CRV. I took it in to see what the problem was. Some people need better training. I have had the same rep twice in a row now and he is very under-trained. He has no idea heo to answer my questions about my car. I had to call Rick (the service manager) the first time I was helped by this gentlemen and I vowed to never have him help me again. But alas, he ended up helping me when the line was long to visit with a different rep. I'm considering going to a different dealership. More
