Job done poorly Replaced right front wheel bearing. Bent the backing plate behind the rotor, and did not perform an alignment per the job guide. I had to bring the ca Replaced right front wheel bearing. Bent the backing plate behind the rotor, and did not perform an alignment per the job guide. I had to bring the car back in to get those items fixed. It was an expensive repair that was overall done with poor quality and they had the vehicle for 1 day longer than necessary, so they had plenty of time to do the job properly the first time. When we had to bring the vehicle back in, and we had to request a courtesy vehicle, which at first they did not want to provide. More

It’s was good but had me questioning My main concern is how they measure the brake pads. 10 months ago when my car was service, my pads were at a 9 but this time my brake pads were at a 1 My main concern is how they measure the brake pads. 10 months ago when my car was service, my pads were at a 9 but this time my brake pads were at a 10. So I’m confused on how my pads grew after 10 months of using them. It makes me questions the other inspections they said they have done. More

Awesome service department! I have always had a great experience with the service department at Ken Garff Honda. Even when they are super busy they still take the time to listen I have always had a great experience with the service department at Ken Garff Honda. I really like this dealership, but even if I didn't I would likely buy another car there for the service department alone! More
