Great Services My 2016 Honda Pilot Emission Light went ON. I took it in to Honda Services. Frank happened to help me out with it. He did everything he could to m My 2016 Honda Pilot Emission Light went ON. I took it in to Honda Services. Frank happened to help me out with it. He did everything he could to made it works for me. The car just needed the update and Frank work with the Manager to waived the $120 fee. Thank you so much Frank for helping us out. More

Great interaction with Frank. Very helpful! Frank did a great job! I wasn’t to impressed with the car wash and cleaning of vehicle. Had to call to see if car was done told me another half hour. Frank did a great job! I wasn’t to impressed with the car wash and cleaning of vehicle. Had to call to see if car was done told me another half hour. I thought it was going to be 3 1/2 hour. Told 4 hours. Called four hours was told another 1/2 hour. Got a call back saying it was done. More

Unable to solve problem The Android Auto app will not connect from my phone to the car. Service was not able to resolve the issue. I was there for 2.5 hours but needed to le The Android Auto app will not connect from my phone to the car. Service was not able to resolve the issue. I was there for 2.5 hours but needed to leave for a doctor's appointment. They suggested I bring the car in for further inspection early in the day. I spent another hour on my phone today with Verizon but the problem continues. I cannot get a bluetooth icon to appear on my car home screen. Frank was very apologetic and polite. Apparently limited time was a factor. More
