Oil change and tire rotation I went to get my civic’s oil changed and tires rotated. When I first was helped the guy at the desk seemed like I was bothering him by bringing my car I went to get my civic’s oil changed and tires rotated. When I first was helped the guy at the desk seemed like I was bothering him by bringing my car in. Bad customer service. It also took them an hour and a half to get everything done. I probably would have waited there longer but after that much time I finally asked how long it was going to take and my car was magically done. Who knows how long I sat there while my car was finished. More
