Integrity! Needed new brakes. This should have been done previously, but never received a recommendation, causing the rotors needing to be replaced. There was a Needed new brakes. Failure to inform I brought in my pilot to have the check engine light checked as well as a recall repair. Upon pickup the check engine light was not addressed. I had t I brought in my pilot to have the check engine light checked as well as a recall repair. Upon pickup the check engine light was not addressed. I had to ask and the technician did not know. I was required to wait to find out and told I will need to bring it in again. A phone call prior to pick up and the problem resolved while my vehicle was in the shop would have made a world of difference. I will now have to spend another day without a car. More
