60-100% markup on parts Went in to have brake pads and rotors replaced. Extremely disappointed to be quoted $420 for labor/parts on the brake pads alone!! Yeah, you know, the Went in to have brake pads and rotors replaced. Extremely disappointed to be quoted $420 for labor/parts on the brake pads alone!! Yeah, you know, the same brake pads that I could buy at AutoZone or O’Reilly for less than $150 out the door. Was then quoted $99 per rotor (part only, no labor) and when I cried foul on that, he said “oh, I meant $89.” Still $20 more than the most expensive at local parts store (x4 rotors is a massive swindle job). Thank you, Ken Garff, for convincing me to handle all repairs on my own from now on. I’m all about the free market and charging what you feel is in YOUR best interests (because you obviously don’t have the customers’ interests in mind), but the free market also means the people won’t stand for your abhorrent markups anymore. Time to post this on social media to get the word out about an industry that is sorely lacking the public’s trust to begin with. More

The service took a little over an hour, which was fine too i appreciated being able to get in and out without too long of a wait thank you! More

It’s was pleasant. I had to replace my car battery. All systems shut down so the radio/navigation need resetting. I did not have a code so I had to get it. I know Ken I had to replace my car battery. During this repair he explained what other issues might Frank took good care of me. He explained all the maintenance that was going to be performed. He was able to answer all my questions. I would recommend him to anyone needing assistance with their car. More
