There were some issues with having to come back and sign (to add my son to the lease) that when we came back the paperwork was supposed to be ready and we scheduled time to come back yet the paperwork was not ready and we had to wait for a while and would have waited longer if Frank would not have assisted getting us out the door. Fred was on vacation and that may have been some of the issue. Really liked dealing with Frank Roach, Fred McClary and the Sales manager--it was a pleasure. I think your showroom needs some updating and maybe needs to be a little ore roomy. Not as modern or up to date as some of the other dealerships I have been to. More

I was given options to upgrade to fancier models but wasn't pressured to buy them if I didn't want to. We went over all the Memorial Day deals and I was satisfied with the final price. The car itself is lovely and I'm very happy with it! Also, shout out to Frank, the gentleman who helped me. He was great! He was personable and patient. He opened the side door and pointed to the rear of the lot and told me they were in the back. I spent 15 minutes looking for a hybrid but did not find one.
