Love the dealership and price but sales sales team could use some training on tech features. Everyone was friendly hospitable and responsive and really did a fantastic job except for the sales man. We use some training on tech features. Everyone was friendly hospitable and responsive and really did a fantastic job except for the sales man. We worked with Craig and there were many features about our Outback onyx that I was having to educate him on. He was unable to answer any questions more complex than the basic descriptions in the car flier. He could barely help setup the phone Bluetooth, and knew little to nothing about STARLINK or CarPlay. Blaming his ineptitude on his age was not a good look, if your selling something understand how your product works. More

The dealership seemed very sincere, not overly pushy, and offered a great rate for my trade in. They even sent us off with a full tank of gas! The new facility was very nice. totally frustrating experience. our salesman did not listen he interrupted us. he talked nonstop and I don'tcare what he had for lunch or if he smokes cigarettes. i was exhausted when I got home. 3 hou listen he interrupted us. he talked nonstop and I don'tcare what he had for lunch or if he smokes cigarettes. i was exhausted when I got home. 3 hours yesterday, 3 hours today and I have to go back next week to pick up the owner'smanual, extra key and have a dent taken out. i bet it wont be ready. one last thing, I dont need to be told I look pretty, don'tneed to be anybody's honey or sweetie. I am a capable, cash paying consumer that requests respect only. More
