I went in to get a new Hyundai Elantra and Will Roa as well as Frank Simeone assisted me. Both were extremely friendly and helpful. They took the price I wanted to pay for the car and were able to help wo well as Frank Simeone assisted me. Both were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a fabulous experience at this Lester Gelnn location and would recommend this dealersip and both Will and Frank to anyone who was interested in a Hyundai! More

I went to Lester Glenn because they had such a large stock of vehicles on hand. I fully expected to get the run around as you do from so many dealerships. I was VERY pleased with the no nonsense appro stock of vehicles on hand. I fully expected to get the run around as you do from so many dealerships. I was VERY pleased with the no nonsense approach they took with the sale. I told Mike B exactly what I wanted and he found the car I requested. The price negotiation went very quickly, as I knew what I was willing to pay and still allow the dealership to make money and at the same time get a good deal. Frank S, the sales manager and Brian P, the finance manager each were professional and didn't try to play any games prior to signing. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. I live in the Freehold area and after talking with that local dealership(who treat you like they don't really want your business), I decided to go with Lester Glenn. I couldn't have been any happier with my experience at Lester Glenn, as they made an often difficult purchase, just the opposite, easy and stress-free. More

I leased a 2012 Elantra from your dealership, And it was a VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE! Our salesman was Mike Barnes and he was very helpful in every way. So for what i could afford Mike tried his best to locate one on the other lots, but there were no white Limited Elantra's...:( I understand that is a popular choice in color, so I was just a little diappointed in that, BUT Mike Barnes tried very hard for me and I appreciate that. Everyone there was so friendly. It was a Great experience and I would go back there again for another car and I live an hour away! Thank You again! More

The honeymoon is over. I have previously raved about this dealership when I leased a 2012 Genisis on 3/28. Now, I would NOT lease or buy a car from this dealership. BTW, this dealership via is sales persons dealership when I leased a 2012 Genisis on 3/28. Now, I would NOT lease or buy a car from this dealership. BTW, this dealership via is sales persons pleads for cutomers to give them a five star rating or their commission will be reduced. My reasons for NOT recommending the dealer are set forth below. Upon leasing the car, I was charged $350 dollars for MV fees. I was told that a 3 yr plate was required. I told the folks at Lester Glenn that Florida does not issue a three year plate in Florida, where I was registering the car. Further, the plate is in the name of the leasee and not Hyundai Motor Finance, the lessor, Lester Glenn stated that Hyundai Motor Finace MUST be named on the plate. Finally, after contacting Florida MV, I was told to transfer my existing Floirda plates as this was the cheapest way to go. Whuile i never received my refund until mid-June 21012, I leased the car in April. First, I received an email from my salesmen that my refund was $222.40 and that a check was cut. I never reeived anything. In June, I received a check for 415.50 for refund of MV fees AND a refund of excess state taxes. The excess sales tax was new. No itemization was provided so I contacted LesterGlenn, requestug an itemization of the sales tax refund issue which was new or whether there was an error. I called and emailed my salesman in this regard. I received no response and finally deposited the refund check. The bank than notified me that LesterGlenn had stopped payment on the check and I was charged a bounced check fee. This action caused me great embarrassment in the Florida bank where I reside. 1. LesterGlenn misrepresented the charge for motor vehicle fees by charging me in excess of $100 for a third party agent on the $83.00 motor vehicle transfer. I was specifically told my salemen and one of the sales managers that I would only be charged for actual MV fees. 2. While I notified LesterGlenn BY PHONE AND EMAIL, as to whether the $415.50 was correctb as it raised a new issue as to a tax refund, asking if the $415.50 refund waw correct, LesterGlenn rather than them calling me or emailing me, thought it best to stop the check. hey never called or notified of this action and Ifound out iafter rcivng a call from my Florida bank. The actions of LesterGlenn clearly demonstrates a lack of trust between LesterGlenn and me, a customer who not only leased an expensive car from LesterGlenn but, further, brought in a customer who also leased the same model. This lack of trust on their part warrants my lack of trust of LesterGlenn and its sales manager Frank Simeone. I was given the typical, "once in awhile we make a mistake and seek to correct it promptly." My final refund from LesterGlenn was $159 dollars and change. This amount is fr less thanwhat I was told previously via email. Bottom line, the refund should NOT have taken 3 months from a dealer that allegedly sells in excess of 500 cars/month. While I was told by Frank Simeone, several weeks ago, that a refund of the bank's bounced check fee would be forwarded, I have NEVER received any refund of theb bounced check fee. I was registering the car in Florida, not Afganhistan, and this registration should have been routine. In this regard, I have leased cars from other NJ dealers and registered it in Florida. The refund and registration was prompt and there was no charge for an agent's fee. 3. I spent much time instructing LesterGlenn on Floria MV fees and regulations. There actions clearly demonstrate an ineptitude on the part of LesterGlenn. Their lack of response and stopping payment on a check- after I inquired as to whether there was a mistake - evidences how LesterGlenn really feels about their customers - despite all their sales b.s. At this point, I do NOT trust them and suggest that others, keep alert so as to not be snookered. The charge of $100 plus for an agent's fee is not what I was told by their sales rep. This charge and the stop payment action will result in my NEVER buying or leasing a Hyundai again from LesterGleen. Further, neither will my family or friends do the same, if i have any thing to say about it. I have found a local dealer who will service my car and NOT send me back to where I bought or purchased it. Buyer beware when dealing with LesterGlenn. If not alert, they will charge you a glass etch fee of about $200 bucks. This after you negitiate your deal and wait for a guy to print out the papers. BTW, this process in my experience exceeds the time spent with the salesmen. Further, their lease, buy or finance crew prints off forms from a computer and can not explain the details of the lease as to how each line is determied. Get anything that it said to you in writing and further get any representation signed by the general sales mananger. The misreprentation about agent's fees is a minor matter. The stop payment action is NOT what is done when dealing with a customer who notifies you of a possible error or asks for an itemization of fees. I hope the above warns future customers of what may be in store for them when dealing with this dealership. I have notified Hyundai Motor Finance of this matter. More

No headlocks , no arm twisting or the many other unpleasantries I have experienced with other auto dealers over the years .Initial contact was made in an email from Kim Larson because I had signed o unpleasantries I have experienced with other auto dealers over the years .Initial contact was made in an email from Kim Larson because I had signed onto the Costco buying program.Very polite and courteous.When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Ron Garguilo through the Costco purchasing program . He then assigned Sam Fowler as my sales representative who was very courteous and respectful . I had done most of my research through the internet before making two trips to Lester Glenn on Sundays when I could physically check out the cars before engaging in the buying process. So Sam and I took a ride in two cars . I was very impressed in the Hyundai quality and value . Then we sat down to go over the numbers . That's when Frank Simeone became involved to make sure I understood how the Costco program worked and showed me straight up honest numbers. After we agreed on a price Sherif Elbayer , Finance Manager , sat down with me to explain extended warranties etc. Over all they conveyed an up front honest way to sell you the car you want ! I did get a bit of writers cramp in Sherif's office after signing all the paper work associated with the deal . But in the end he was happy to take my money . Then I was led by Sam over to the ceremonial bell that took me three pulls to ring . By the way make sure you check out the picture on Frank's desk with a Striper Bass that's almost as big as he is ! This was the deal clincher ! Of course Sherif assured me that his fish was larger . Over all it was a great experience at Lester Glenn ! Thanks guys . David More

Two days ago my wife and I purchased a Tucson 2012 Limited from Lester Glenn Hyundai. Our sales person was Brian Showeres and the sales manager was Frank Simone. We knew the model we wanted. Brian described the different model classes and the accompanying differences. Brian was knowledgeable about every aspect of the Tucson and patient in answering the many questions we had. After we settled on the Limited model, we were specific with the color. Frank then took over in locating the specific model and color but none were available in the local region. Frank and Brian were persistent and professional in the search. We then negotiated what I believe to be a very fair price and the deal was done. Brian and Frank made this car buying experience comfortable and assuring that we had chosen the right dealership. More

Sam Fowler was exactly what EVERY car salesman should be -- honest, genuine, good-humored. He made us feel at home, was never pushy or nasty, and worked his very hardest to find us EXACTLY the right vehicles. All of the support staff at Lester Glenn Hyundai were very helpful and friendly. The dealership was clean and had quite a selection of new inventory. More

This has been about my 6th new car purchase from other dealers and I must say this was the most pleasant experience that I've encountered at a car dealer. Sal Cuomo went out of his way to make sure he got dealers and I must say this was the most pleasant experience that I've encountered at a car dealer. Sal Cuomo went out of his way to make sure he got me exactly what I was looking for. He explained everything to me. We also spoke to Frank Simeone his sales manager and he couldn't do enough to help us locate a car that we wanted. These two guys were the friendliest and most accommodating sales people I have ever dealt with. The best part of this entire experience, there were no hidden information about the pricing of the car and I received a fair price! The both of them have excellent customer service skills!!!! I would buy a car from them again in the future!!!! More
