I needed a car after totaling our most beloved Odyssey van thanks to a Deer. We had spent several days looking at so many different vehicles at many dealerships, had no idea at all what we wanted, dealt w van thanks to a Deer. We had spent several days looking at so many different vehicles at many dealerships, had no idea at all what we wanted, dealt with some pushy sales people at other dealers. I ended up at Hudson Subaru and My salesman Chito had us to check out many cars, answered all our questions quickly and accurately was very helpful and never pressured us. Simon and Frank quickly found the right financing, explained the service contracts contacted my insurance company and if not that I wanted a mirror repainted and remote starter installed would of had me in my new Subaru that same night, it only took till the next afternoon till Chito called and said it would be ready by 6:00 we came in signed the last few papers and were on our way. All I have to say is WAY-TO-GO Thanks Guys !! More

So I went to Hudson Subaru by response of the WBLS radio ad. We looked at some nice cars and went on in to do the normal paperwork. Unfortunate for me I did not qualify for that special. Realizing my limitations and the cars I was looking at wouldn't be mine under this special, I stood up and was ready to leave. As I was getting ready to walk out the door assuming the ad was nothing more than a bait to get you into the dealership - the salesman Jose Diaz says "we're still going to give you a deal, don't worry - give me a second"... My guess is he went back and found out what we could get approved for. He came back and asked if he could show us some other cars. I asked him why, he explained it totally. So we went and looked. We saw one we really liked and went in to see what the damage would be. As we talked numbers, I wasn't buying into it and decided to leave. What he said made sense, but I had to be sure. It sounded to literal to be true. I told them I'd be back. We went to another dealer, ran through the same process and guess what? Same story. So Jose wasn't lying, he was being very honest. Long story short, I reached out to Jose, we went back to Hudson Subaru, met with Jose and purchased our car. It ended up being more than I wanted to spend, but it was no different at the other dealer. The difference was unlike the other dealer, Jose broke it down as to why the payment couldn't be what I had hoped for. This by far showed us as the back-end numbers game they played and they were very honest about it all. The rest of the process was normal, no surprises - leading all the way up to the finance sitting with Frank (who's a cool guy). We drove off the lot with our car, which still has manufacturer warranty and happy. The next day the dealer Jose called to see if everything was OK and suggested to come right back if we had any problems. I called the dealer a few days after and they were more than happy to see my car for a general check-up. We've had the car for about 2 weeks now and it feels like a win all the way around. For the folks feeling like they were ripped off, mislead, lied to, etc. You have to realize what you're getting into before you walk into the door. Unless you have thee perfect credentials or aren't realistic about not having them - you're going to complain :) More

Simon provided lots of information about the available vehicles via email and phone so that we knew what to expect when we arrived. Since we were without a car, Simon and Chito arranged to pick us up at vehicles via email and phone so that we knew what to expect when we arrived. Since we were without a car, Simon and Chito arranged to pick us up at the light rail station. Chito was very through explaining the details of the car and shepherding us through the purchase process. He also made sure we understood all of the buttons, controls and levers in the car. Frank made the financing process easy. More

Thank you so much again to Jeremy Sharp. We got our first Subaru from you last year. Unfortunately when Sandy hit, we lost our outback. First call I made to Subaru, bam! finaly made the decision to buy me a wrx.. i wasnt even motivated until i got a phone call from chito after inquiring online about the wrx.. walked in late with my bro inlaw bout 6 30 p,m chito greeted us motivated until i got a phone call from chito after inquiring online about the wrx.. walked in late with my bro inlaw bout 6 30 p,m chito greeted us he was busy by the way with a customer and got that deal done and move on to us.. he got us the keys to test drive the car right away and within 8 pm i was out the door with the wrx.. the car is amazingggg and the service was pleasant.. ive dealt with alot of dealers before and i have to say these guys are just plain and simple no b.s just pick your car and make sure what you can really afford and they will help you out tremendously ... if i wanted an sti im sure chito would have made it happen but i was pleased with the wrx and i got the color i wanted with no waiting time for the car for months ... unrealll lol.... follow up was great chito called within 2 weeks as promise about my plates and found a set of my remote keys fawsome!!! i havent tried the service dept which i will review soon .. from what chito tells me they are as good as he is ... five stars hudson keep it going!!! More

Chito was excellent. He spent a great amount of time with us, helped us to test drive various models and most importantly, kept us smiling. We had spent a long day running around car shopping and after some rather poor experiences working with Chito was a breath of fresh air. Chito was very knowledgeable about the car and it's features. There was no hard sell, when we said we didn't want to buy the car on the first visit, they did not press us with additional questions. It was just a nice relaxing experience. Even when it came to the financing, Frank explained how the warranty programs worked and pointed out ones that did and did not make sense for me given my situation. Again, there was no hard sell, he just simply highlighted additional options that were available to me. The only feedback for the dealer I have, and this is a rather minor one, was that it took quite a while for them to complete the paperwork for the bill of sale. I completed the credit forms online and the plan was to have the car ready and waiting for me when I arrived at the end of my work day. I arrived on time and finally left about 2 hours later. More of an inconvenience than anything else. On a positive note, the sales reps on the floor were very friendly, made some polite conversation and the time passed very quickly. Overall this was a great experience and I'd highly recommend it to other buyers. More

Purchasing a vehicle should be a very plesant experience and Chito certainly made this experience pleasant for us. First of all, we would not have travelled 2.5 hours from Long island to jersey City just t and Chito certainly made this experience pleasant for us. He always picks up his phone no matter where he is at work or away from work. He gave us all the time we needed to make a decision. This is my first time leasing a Subaru. Visited the dealership and Jesus was right there to assist me. I am not very familiar with the Subaru cars and Jesus gave me all the information I needed. Was not able to talk numbers that day due to time constraints (my part) and had to go back the following week. Again, Jesus and team talked to me about the price, answered all my questions and we were able to seal the deal. This dealership has dedicated employees willing to help and satisfy the customers.
