Honestly, we tried going through Carvana a month ago and it was nothing but a hassle so we thought all dealers were the same but when we got to Motorworld and Frankie helped us, we questioned why we tried anywhere else before. I was really impressed that when I asked a question that Frankie wasn't sure of the answer to, he asked his management before telling us an answer just to continue the conversation. That's something not a lot of sales people would take the time to do. He comes HIGHLY recommended. More
