With years of automotive experience under his belt, he's excited to bring his high energy and customer-centric service to our South Burlington location. Before his jump into the automotive world, he worked for nearly two decades in the restaurant industry managing casual and upscale restaurants across Vermont, New Hampshire, and Denver CO. The pandemic severely impacted the restaurant industry and in early 2020 Frankie decided to explore new opportunities. Frankie loves traveling with his family to experience new places and cultures. When he's not working or spending time with his family, he can be found in the gym, playing guitar, or in the kitchen.

The test drive was smooth, and working with Patrick Weeks on the financing process was transparent and hassle-free. I appreciated the honesty and clear communication from everyone involved. I have not purchased a new Toyota since a 1978 Celica 5 speed that we immediately took cross country- an excellent car, but not built for the 5 mile back road we ended up on when we moved to Vermont in 198 speed that we immediately took cross country- an excellent car, but not built for the 5 mile back road we ended up on when we moved to Vermont in 1981. Many new cars later, I found myself being handed the keys to a brand new Corolla Hybrid AWD from Frankie Candido at Heritage Toyota. What a find! And I mean Frankie, not just the car. He seems to have that rare ability to quickly determine a customer’s needs, acting to decisively and fairly make a great deal. His easy communication and true knowledge of the cars made it actually enjoyable to make this purchase. I was looking for a quick buy and he made it all happen in a short time. I know he will also take the time and effort to make a more complicated search and purchase work with minimal stress for the customer. We have gotten new cars in the past. and frankie truly cares about his customers. He is professional , knowledgeable and cares about what we needed. We expressed what we wanted and neede and frankie truly cares about his customers. He is professional , knowledgeable and cares about what we needed. We expressed what we wanted and needed in our new truck and frankie was able to find just what our perfect fit without breaking our budget!
